How does OMNIA Partners provide long term value to my business?

Spend Visibility

We construct a spend cube aligning your supplier expenses with our programs. This spend cube is a roadmap for robust category management, pinpointing high-return areas for your investment, often revealing previously unnoticed opportunities. 

Speed to Savings

Once a category is ready to be evaluated and spend data is received, OMNIA Partners will identify savings through a spend assessment process within 2-4 weeks. Since the contract is pre-negotiated, OMNIA Partners can implement it immediately once signed. The OMNIA Partners contracting process can potentially save up to 500 sourcing hours per category by eliminating the need for an RFP and negotiation process.

What does the process look like to compare an OMNIA Partners program to my current program?

OMNIA Partners conducts a complete program review on the qualitative and quantitative to ensure our program is a great solution that drives savings and meets your organizational needs. The process is as follows:  

  1. An OMNIA Partners representative works with members to identify and document the organization’s critical success factors. These requirements include savings thresholds, as well as service and contract requirements. 

  2. The member completes a strictly confidential data collection template. The information on that template is never shared with other members or suppliers, offering complete confidentiality of essential data.

  3. OMNIA Partners Business Intelligence Team then analyzes the data to determine the potential benefits of the member’s participation in the agreement. OMNIA Partners confirms the competitiveness over time in each of our agreements by applying a consistent analysis process and tracking the results. For those companies already participating in a contract, this provides a deeper level of validation as each assessment is viewed as part of a continuous benchmarking process.

  4. The company then receives an assessment proposal that outlines the above benefits. If each key success factor is achieved, the company will advance to the contract and implementation phase.

What does the member and supplier relationship typically look like?

OMNIA Partners does not replace the supplier relationship; we enhance it! Our members have individual agreements between their organization and the supplier, referencing the terms and conditions established in the Master Services Agreement (MSA). The member and supplier companies’ procurement and legal representatives approve these agreements.

 
The member and supplier handle the day-to-day supplier relations, order placement, payment, etc. The role of OMNIA Partners is to support the members in managing the supplier and the category by attending review meetings, making category recommendations, speeding issue resolution, and other strategic functions. OMNIA Partners actively brings increased visibility of its members’ needs to the suppliers, viewing members as part of a larger “customer of choice.”

Does my supplier account manager change?

OMNIA Partners does not replace the account manager, we help enhance the support through governance structure, escalation (when needed), and continuous improvement process by actively managing the contract.

How does OMNIA Partners make money?

OMNIA Partners is funded by our supplier partners through a small administrative fee which encompasses a percentage of spend. This ensures that we are providing our members with the greatest possible discounts at no cost to them.

There is no cost to join, no fees, no order obligations, and no contract usage requirements to join or be a member of OMNIA Partners.
